Stacy Day was born in Salina Kansas and moved to Bossier City Louisiana in 1968 when her father, a now retired Lt. Col in the United States Air Force, was stationed to the 2nd Air Force Strategic Air Command at Barksdale Air Force Base. The family settled in Bossier City where she attended Elementary, Jr. High, and High School. She graduated from Parkway High School in 1981 and gained her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 1985. She holds a B.S. in Education with a specialty in Speech & Hearing Therapy. She earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions in Shreveport in 1987 and has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist for 33 years. A love of architecture and home design plus a really bad experience with selling her own first home led Stacy to gain her real estate license in 2003. She had a strong desire to be educated in the process of buying and selling real estate so that her unfortunate experience wasn’t repeated or shared by others. She has worked in the real estate industry in the Northwest Louisiana Markets for the last 18 years and strives to make sure her client’s real estate experiences are all as positive as possible. She has extensive experience working with clients in residential and commercial real estate listings and sales as well as in new home construction, renovation, and property management. She loves assisting buyers and sellers in finding their perfect new home and making their real estate goals a reality.

Stacy Day is single and lives in Bossier City, LA with her miniature dachshund, Jewel, and 2 cranky cats. She has 5 grown children and 2 precious grandsons. Stacy is very proud of all of her children. Her oldest daughter served in the United States Army and currently lives and works in Tennessee. Her oldest son is a Chemist and also a Realtor and is currently living and working in the Dallas, Texas metroplex. Her middle son is a Firefighter and EMT and lives in South Louisiana with his beautiful wife and their two sons. Stacy’s two youngest children currently live in Baton Rouge, LA. Her daughter recently graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communications-Political Communications with plans to pursue both Graduate School and Law School with a goal of entering the world of Politics. Stacy’s youngest son is currently working towards a degree in Sports Finance and works for the LSU Student Success organization on LSU’s campus. He is a little behind his peers with his education having successfully battled Acute Monocytic Leukemia for the last 4 years at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Stacy loves spending time with her children and grandchildren when they come home to visit which in her opinion isn’t often enough and is usually when their pets need a babysitter! When not working to improve the communication skills of students in the Caddo Parish Schools or helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Stacy enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with her pets, and advocating for Childhood Cancer Awareness and Research. She is a devout Christian and believes that all things are possible with hard work, dedication, trust, and faith. She would love to help you make your real estate dreams a reality!
